One Workflow, ManagedMonthly, quoted up front

Start With One Workflow โ€” Managed

Not every business needs a full assistant. If one job is hurting most โ€” the calls you miss, or the quotes nobody follows up โ€” this is the smaller, fixed-price way to get that one job handled.

One workflow, run properly, for one fixed monthly price โ€” a fixed monthly price, quoted up front.

Setup quoted up front, once ยท One fixed monthly price, agreed in writing before we build anything.

What's included

  • โœ“One workflow.Chosen with you, from the two we build most often: a new enquiry gets an automatic first reply, and one follow-up if nobody answers; or a quote or estimate built from the details you already collect, plus one follow-up sequence that stops the moment the client replies.
  • โœ“Hosted and kept running. We run it on our side and keep it running โ€” you don't host anything.
  • โœ“Automated error alerts. If the workflow breaks or stops firing, we get alerted, not you.
  • โœ“Business-hours email support.Email us during business hours when something needs looking at.
  • โœ“Small changes as you ask for them.Small changes to the workflow, used as you ask for them โ€” wording, timing โ€” with no rollover into later months.
  • โœ“A monthly check-in.A short monthly look at whether the workflow is still doing what you need.

What this doesn't cover

This is one workflow, run properly โ€” not a full assistant. Not included:

  • Extra workflows or new integrations. One workflow is the plan. Adding a second one later is a separate, quoted piece of work.
  • Meeting summaries. Taking notes and sending action items after a call is part of the AI Executive Assistant.
  • Changes to a daily briefing. There's no daily briefing in this plan.
  • Phone support or on-call. Support is email, during business hours.
  • "Custom request" scope โ€” the open-ended "anything unique to your business" part of the flagship. Here, the workflow is defined in writing before we build it.
  • Anything outside the written workflow scope. If it's not in the scope we agree, it isn't in the price.

If more than one thing needs handling, the AI Executive Assistant is the better fit โ€” and we'll tell you that on the call rather than sell you two of these instead.

Three Jobs Your AI Executive Assistant Takes Off Your Plate

Real examples of the work your assistant handles. All of it is part of the one flagship setup, built around your business โ€” nothing here is a separate package you have to buy on top.

Answer While It's Still Warm

When someone enquires through your website, Google or social media, your assistant drafts the first reply โ€” and follows up on a set cadence after that โ€” so a new enquiry doesn't sit unanswered while you're on the job. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Quotes and Forms, Handled

Turn the details you already have into a clean, professional PDF quote. Your assistant drafts it and it goes to your client's inbox once you approve.

Less Of Your Week On Admin

Typing contacts into spreadsheets, filing, sending the same follow-up emails again โ€” that's the work your assistant is built to take over. We map what's eating your week during setup, then run it for you.

Questions People Ask Before They Enquire

Short, direct answers. If you want the paperwork behind them, our Terms and Privacy Policy are one click away.

How fast will I see it working?

Setup comes first. We scope your workflows, build the assistant around them, test it with you, then switch it on โ€” there's no half-built assistant running your inbox. Because no two builds are the same, the build timeline is agreed in your written quote, and you see the assistant working on your own enquiries from the day it goes live.

What's the difference between One Workflow, Managed and the full AI Executive Assistant?

The One Workflow, Managed service is one workflow, run properly: either a new-enquiry first reply, or a quote plus one follow-up sequence. It's hosted and monitored, you get email support in business hours, small changes to the workflow as you ask for them, and a monthly check-in. The AI Executive Assistant is the full build โ€” inbox and calendar, quoting and follow-ups, integrations across the tools you already use, meeting summaries, a daily briefing and custom requests โ€” and it's quoted for your business, with the setup from $1,500 and the monthly retainer agreed up front. If more than one thing needs handling, the assistant is the better fit, and we'll say so on the call.

What is the 2-minute check?

Seven quick questions about how enquiries reach you and where they get stuck. At the end you get a plain-English read on what your answers point at โ€” one workflow, a full assistant, or a conversation first โ€” plus the option to have the result emailed to you. It's a diagnostic, not an audit: it only knows what you tell it, it isn't a promise of what we'd build, and there's no obligation either way.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

It drafts, you approve โ€” nothing reaches a client until you say so. If a draft is wrong, you edit it or bin it, and the approval step is built into every workflow rather than bolted on afterwards. Repeated corrections are exactly the kind of thing the monthly retainer is for: we tune the workflows as we learn how your business actually replies.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The retainer runs month to month, and either of us can end the engagement in line with the written agreement โ€” including any notice period set out in your quote, or reasonable written notice if none is specified. Work already performed stays payable, and the setup fee isn't refundable except where the law or your agreement says otherwise. (Matches Terms section 10.)

Who has access to my inbox and accounts?

Only the assistant we build for you, and only to the tools you approve โ€” for example an app-level connection to your Gmail account, or an integration with your CRM and quoting tools. Access is scoped to what those workflows need, we don't go into the rest of your accounts, we never use your connections for another client, and you can revoke access at any time.

What happens to my data?

We don't use your data โ€” or your customers' data โ€” to train or fine-tune any AI model. We're not building models; we configure assistants for you. Data moves through the providers that run the assistant, which are listed in our Privacy Policy, and when an engagement ends we disconnect access and either return or delete your data as you direct โ€” usually inside about 30 days.

What technology does it run on?

Mainly OpenAI's models for the drafting and understanding, connected to your tools mainly through the Google Gmail API and an automation platform (usually n8n, or custom connectors built for your setup). If you'd like to know exactly which providers your own assistant would use, ask us and we'll tell you before you commit.

No Borrowed Claims โ€” Check It Yourself

We're new. We'd rather show you what's already running than dress up a testimonial that doesn't exist yet. Every item below you can verify on this page.

A live enquiry pipeline.

Every enquiry submitted on this site is logged to our own database and appears in a private, password-protected dashboard โ€” not on a spreadsheet someone will get to later.

Check it: submit the form on this page. You'll get an automatic reply, and your enquiry is in the dashboard before we've read it.

Automatic first replies.

The reply you get back after submitting the form is automated. It's the same mechanism โ€” log, then respond โ€” that we build into a client's lead flow.

A demo you can drive right now.

The interactive demo on this site is a scripted simulation, labelled as such. It shows the shape of the work your assistant would do โ€” and every draft in it comes with an Approve button, because that's how the real thing is built.

Hands on the wheel.

Your assistant drafts; you approve; nothing sends without you. We hold no access you haven't granted, and we work under a written agreement and a published privacy policy โ€” both readable before you pay us anything.
